LE VEHICLE UPFITTING

The Bureau of Land Management is seeking quotes for the upfitting of a 2024 Dodge RAM 2500 law enforcement vehicle. The solicitation is being issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside, and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this solicitation is 811114. The performance location and performance period are detailed in the attached Statement of Work (Attachment 1). • The contract will be awarded to the offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements and represents the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for the non-cost factor of Technical Approach. • The offeror must be deemed a responsible prospective contractor in accordance with FAR 9.1. • The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 effective March 13, 2026. • Additional FAR clauses and provisions that apply to this acquisition are provided in Attachment 5.
