Description
The Navajo Nation Fiscal Recovery Fund Office is seeking qualified contractors to remove abandoned septic systems and install new residential on‑site wastewater treatment systems (OWTS) for homes in the Lake Valley Chapter. The scope includes site assessment, engineering design stamped by a licensed PE, permitting, construction of the treatment system, soil testing, and final inspection with documentation. Contractors must incorporate a 6 % Navajo sales tax, provide required bonds and insurance, and complete all work by December 31 2026.
• Remove or crush existing septic structures and perform all necessary soil analyses.
• Design and construct new OWTS, including permits, SWPPP, CTP, and SSP plans.
• Provide operation & maintenance manuals, final inspection reports, and coordinate with the Chapter and FRFO.
