Physical Property Measurement System (PPMS)

The University of Notre Dame is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a turnkey Physical Property Measurement System (PPMS) for its Electrical Engineering Department. The system must support rapid electrical and thermal measurements over a wide temperature range and under high magnetic fields, be modular for custom sample inserts, and operate within a low‑temperature, high‑magnetic‑field cryostat. The vendor will collaborate on technical specifications, deliver the complete system, provide site‑preparation guidance, install and demonstrate the equipment, and conduct one‑time operational training for faculty, staff, and students.
