The Snohomish County Public Utility District (PUD) is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to collect market data on Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) solutions for its water utility. The RFI seeks detailed vendor responses on asset modeling, GIS integration, risk and criticality scoring, licensing structures, total cost of ownership, implementation approach, compliance tracking, data governance, security, and future roadmap. Responses will be submitted electronically via the Public Purchase portal by November 18, 2026. The District may follow up with demonstrations and, if the information proves satisfactory, will issue a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) for the eventual procurement of a CMMS.
• Goal: Understand available CMMS capabilities, pricing, and implementation models for a water‑utility environment.
• Scope: Asset hierarchy, GIS‑based isolation, risk scoring, calibration, regulatory reporting, data export, mobile field tools, integration with SCADA/AMI, security (SAML/SSO, MFA), AI/ML roadmaps, and support SLA.
• Deliverable: Completed RFI response spreadsheet (provided) and any supplemental documentation uploaded to the Public Purchase system.
• Timeline: RFI opens Oct 14, 2026; closes Nov 18, 2026. Potential RFP issuance after evaluation (date TBD).
• Evaluation: Informational only; no award will be made from this RFI.
