Description
The Navajo Nation Fiscal Recovery Fund Office is seeking a qualified contractor to design, install, and close‑out residential on‑site wastewater treatment systems (OWTS) for the Huerfano Chapter. The work includes site assessments, engineering design, permitting, construction of tanks and drainfields, and final inspections, with all plans stamped by a licensed Professional Engineer. Contractors must submit sealed bids by the extended deadline and comply with tribal wage, insurance, bonding, and preference requirements.
• Perform soil and site assessments, remove abandoned septic structures, and develop engineered OWTS designs.
• Obtain necessary NNEPA construction permits and submit SWPPP, traffic, and safety plans.
• Excavate, install tanks, risers, distribution boxes, and backfill drainfields following strict grading and equipment restrictions.
• Provide O&M manuals, mark system locations, and complete final inspection documentation.
