Description
The County of Clackamas is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive online codification, publishing, and ongoing management of its Zoning Development Ordinance, Comprehensive Plan, and Roadway Standards. The work includes converting existing codes to a cloud‑hosted, WCAG‑2.1‑AA compliant website, providing searchable and printable versions, and delivering periodic supplemental updates (editing, proofreading, printing, and electronic delivery) on a semi‑annual basis. The vendor must also supply a service‑level agreement covering support, uptime, backup, and data ownership, and must host the solution on a secure platform with possible vanity‑URL capability. This is a fixed‑price personal services contract lasting five years.
