Description
The State of Delaware is issuing a competitive, sealed‑proposal RFP for comprehensive janitorial services covering dozens of state‑owned facilities across New Castle County, including schools, courts, police stations, DMV offices, and other agencies. Vendors must provide core cleaning (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, restroom disinfection, dusting, polishing, spray‑buffing) as well as optional deep‑clean and specialty services. The contract will run until May 31 2028 with up to three one‑year renewal options, and the State may award to multiple vendors on a partial‑award basis. All pricing must be firm for the initial term, and vendors must meet insurance, licensing, background‑check, and reporting requirements.
