Budget estimate

$10,000,000 – $50,000,000

The budget for this project is difficult to estimate, as the document does not provide a clear indication of the budget or the expected revenue streams. However, based on the scope of the project, which involves the development of a 32-acre site for mixed-use purposes, including residential and commercial spaces, the budget could be substantial. The Village is seeking a development partner to collaborate on the master planning, development, financing, and long-term operation of the project, which suggests that the budget could be in the tens of millions of dollars. The project's focus on creating a vibrant, walkable mixed-use development that strengthens the surrounding waterfront and entertainment areas while expanding the Village's long-term economic base also suggests that the budget could be significant. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the cost of land acquisition, construction costs, financing costs, and revenue streams from the development. The Village's objectives for the project, which include generating long-term, non-ad valorem revenue, stimulating additional private development, and enhancing Estero's reputation as a desirable residential destination, also suggest that the budget could be substantial.
