Term Agreement for Air Compressor & Cascade System Maintenance and Testing Services

The City of Indianapolis and Marion County is seeking a qualified vendor to enter into a two‑year term agreement to provide comprehensive maintenance, testing, and quarterly air‑quality sampling for its fleet of 11 breathing‑air compressors and cascade systems used by the Indianapolis Fire Department. The scope includes installation, calibration, preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, parts supply, training of IFD personnel, and detailed documentation and reporting. Services must meet NFPA, OSHA, UL, and other applicable standards, and the vendor must submit required certifications, warranties, and insurance documentation. • Provide quarterly air‑quality checks and semi‑annual preventive maintenance for 11 compressors across multiple fire stations and a mobile trailer. • Install, calibrate, and certify new or replacement equipment per NFPA/OSHA specifications. • Supply trained technicians to train IFD staff on operation and safety. • Deliver full documentation packages, warranty information, and maintain records of all work performed. • Offer emergency (unscheduled) repair services and optional pricing extensions for additional compressors or other political subdivisions. • Contract term: 2 years, with possible renewal under same terms; no bid or performance bonds required.
