EOI – Integrated Platform-As-A-Service

SEPTA is seeking qualified vendors to provide a cloud‑first Integrated Platform‑as‑a‑Service (iPaaS) that will replace its fragmented integration environment and support a 12‑24‑month modernization roadmap leading to a 36‑month ERP implementation. The platform must handle large‑scale ETL/ELT, bulk file transfers, real‑time event streaming, API creation and governance, and integrate with future ERP, HRIS, CRM and finance systems while meeting federal transit security and potential FedRAMP requirements. Vendors will be evaluated after the EOI phase, after which a formal RFP with detailed technical, security, and pricing requirements will be issued. • Cloud‑native iPaaS capable of high‑volume data movement, API management, and event‑streaming. • Must support future integration with ERP/HRIS/CRM and comply with federal transit cybersecurity mandates (FedRAMP, TSA/FTA). • Preference for subscription or consumption‑based pricing models; budget and contract length undisclosed. • Potential local/minority‑business participation requirements may apply. • No pre‑bid meeting or site‑visit dates are provided at this stage.
