Description
The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is seeking an authorized Salesforce reseller to provide a multi‑year Enterprise Agreement covering subscription licenses and ongoing maintenance. The award will be a firm‑fixed‑price, price‑only evaluation and includes a broad suite of Salesforce cloud products (Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Einstein Analytics, Vlocity, Shield, etc.) with quantities ranging from a few hundred to tens of thousands of user licenses. Optional professional‑service line items (CTO, Agentic Activation, Foundation, Acceleration, Transformation, and Surge) are also listed for potential task‑order extensions. The contractor must meet high‑risk personnel requirements, U.S. citizenship for technical consultants, and comply with FDIC security, privacy, and background‑investigation mandates.
