The U.S. Senate’s Office of the Sergeant at Arms (SAA) is soliciting firm‑fixed‑price quotations for DigiCert Trust Lifecycle Manager software licenses. Vendors must submit a completed pricing table, any required End‑User License Agreements (EULAs), a signed Addendum to Commercial Agreements, and, if a reseller, an OEM authorization statement. All quotations must be entered directly in the provided Excel worksheet, be FOB Destination to Washington, DC 20510, and remain valid through 31 January 2027.
