Description
The City of Roseville is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive vapor compressor maintenance services for its gas‑fired power generation facilities (Roseville Energy Park and Sunset Energy Center). The contract will cover preventive and corrective maintenance, including labor, supervision, specialized tooling, equipment, materials, and safety compliance for American Compressor units and associated auxiliary systems. The award will be a five‑year, not‑to‑exceed agreement with the possibility of price adjustments based on market indices.
