• Provide on‑site 53‑ft semi‑trailer and empty mattress pallets for collection and storage at the RZP loading dock.
• Coordinate third‑party reuse of eligible mattresses and ensure all loads are shipped to an approved recycling facility, reporting gross/net weights and unit counts per shipment.
• Offer on‑call pick‑up service (response within 2 business days), train county personnel, and submit monthly invoices/reporting by the 15th of each month.
