Habersham County is seeking qualified contractors to replace three existing heat‑pump units at the Recreation Facility and to install a new HVAC system for the County fleet shop. The work must use existing ductwork and electrical infrastructure, remove and properly dispose of the old equipment, and meet high‑efficiency standards.
