The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide lodging accommodations for State Emergency Management Agency personnel during the 2026 FIFA World Cup tournament. The contractor must provide a minimum of 40 beds in a single building or complex with semi-private sleeping accommodations, as well as adequate bathing and restroom facilities, laundry facilities, and parking spaces. The contractor must also provide a hot continental breakfast and have a fitness center available for personnel. The contract period is from June 7, 2026, to July 20, 2026, with an option to extend the contract on a day-to-day basis prior to June 7, 2026, and after July 20, 2026. • The contractor must meet minimum experience requirements, including experience providing lodging to multi-tenants for extended periods of time. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a meeting room for approximately 40 personnel, if awarded Option 2. • The contractor must maintain financial and accounting records and evidence pertaining to the contract for a period of five years. • The contractor must comply with the State of Missouri's non-discrimination and affirmative action policies.
