Communications and Information Capabilities Secure Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Data Platform Support Services

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is conducting market research via an RFI to identify commercial vendors capable of delivering secure Software‑as‑a‑Service (SaaS) data‑platform support services for the U.S. Border Patrol’s Communications and Information Capabilities (CIC) program. The scope includes platform implementation, configuration, administration, data integration, governance, cybersecurity, user support, training, and reporting, with a focus on interoperability with the Homeland Security Information Network (HSIN). The government seeks detailed vendor qualifications, technical approaches, security postures, and cost models, but does not intend to award a contract based on this RFI. • Required services span SaaS platform operations, HSIN integration, identity & access management, data governance, security & privacy compliance, help‑desk support, and regular performance reporting. • Vendors must demonstrate experience with FedRAMP‑authorized SaaS environments, federal security authorizations, and secure information‑sharing systems like HSIN. • Submissions are limited to six pages (plus required Attachment A) and must be emailed by 5:00 PM EST on 10 Nov 2026.
