Emergency Lodging

The County of Snohomish is seeking information from local providers on the capacity to supply temporary emergency lodging for personnel during disaster response events. This RFI is intended to build a resource list of qualified lodging providers that can be mobilized quickly for undetermined periods. Submissions may be made electronically or via a paper package and will be accepted on an ongoing basis, with the deadline extended monthly as the list is compiled. • Purpose: Identify local emergency lodging capabilities for rapid deployment. • Scope: Provide details on available rooms, rates, amenities, contract terms, and ability to scale up or down. • Submission: Electronic questionnaire or paper RFI package; ongoing acceptance with monthly deadline extensions. • Evaluation: Information will be compiled into a County emergency resource list; no award is implied at this stage.
