Budget estimate

$800,000 – $2,500,000

The project involves a complete high‑purity water treatment plant for a university campus, including custom skids, storage tanks, control systems, installation oversight, training, and a multi‑year warranty. Similar campus‑scale pure‑water replacements typically range from under $1 million for modest systems up to $3–4 million for larger, highly automated installations. Assuming a mid‑size system with extensive instrumentation and support, a reasonable estimate is $800,000 – $2,500,000.
