Catered Meal Services, 152nd SMC, Ft. Devens, MA

The Maine Army National Guard (MEARNG) 152nd SMC has a requirement for catered meal services to feed 75 Soldiers during their six-day training event at Ft. Devens, MA. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to serve catered meals as defined in Section 5, and Technical Exhibit (TE-2) of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). • The contractor shall furnish all personnel, food items, supervision, materials, and quality control necessary to provide meals ready to serve in accordance with the PWS. • Breakfast Meal to Include: 1 Beverage, 1 Starch, 1 Fruit, 1 egg(s), 1 Baked Good, and 1 type of meat entree. • Dinner Meal to Include: 1 Entree, 1 Starch, 1 Vegetable, 1 Break or crackers, 1 Desert, and 1 Beverage. • Place of Performance: Ft. Devens, 90 Quebec St, Devens, MA 01434. • Time: 0630at EST for Breakfast and 5:00 PM EST for Dinner. • Per meal cost: 75 each x 5 Days = 375 Meals for Breakfast and 75 each x 6 days = 450 Meals for Dinner.
