The University of Notre Dame is seeking a qualified supplier to provide temporary event flooring for Notre Dame Stadium, covering the installation, on‑site support, and removal for concerts, commencement ceremonies, and other large‑scale events. The contract will protect the natural‑turf playing surface while supporting heavy equipment and high pedestrian traffic, and will run for an initial three‑year period with two optional one‑year extensions. • Supply and install a temporary flooring system (~91,400 sq ft) that is slip‑resistant, load‑bearing, and weather‑compatible. • Provide full project management, including delivery, labor, equipment, on‑site supervision, and post‑event removal/restoration. • Demonstrate a robust safety program, inventory condition documentation, sustainability practices, and compliance with Indiana law and university policies.
