Budget estimate

$1,300,000 – $1,500,000

Based on the information provided, the estimated budget for this contract can be determined by considering the total paid indemnity and medical costs for the City of Brockton's workers' compensation program. The total paid indemnity for FY2023, FY2024, and FY2025 were $1,290,997.09, $1,378,766.97, and $1,299,630.64 respectively. The total paid medical costs for the same years were $44,598.73, $97,090.35, and $45,457.82. Assuming the selected firm will be responsible for administering the entire workers' compensation program, including both indemnity and medical costs, a reasonable estimate for the annual budget could be between $1.3 million and $1.5 million. This estimate is based on the average of the total paid indemnity and medical costs over the three years. The actual budget may vary depending on the firm's performance, the number of claims, and other factors.
