Rodeo Production

Colby Community College is seeking a qualified stock contractor to produce its annual college rodeo event in September 2021 at the Thomas County Fairgrounds. The vendor will be responsible for the full rodeo production, including providing arena direction, rough‑stock livestock, pick‑up men, at least two professional bullfighters, and managing all timed (slack) events, neck‑rope, and finals. The contract does not require the vendor to supply an announcer, contestant payments, or venue security, but the vendor must carry required insurance and may need to furnish a performance bond.
