Toner and Ink Cartridges

Loudoun County Public Schools is seeking bids for the purchase of toner and ink cartridges. The contract will have an initial period of December 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027, with four one-year renewal options. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the LCPS Electronic Bidding System by August 26, 2026. The scope of work includes providing toner and ink cartridges for the ongoing needs of Loudoun County Public Schools. • The bidder must provide new and fresh stock, latest model, version, design, or pack of any item specified. • The bidder must deliver the goods within 20 calendar days of receipt of the order. • The bidder must provide a firm unit price for each item during the contract period. • The bidder must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations.
