Description
The State of South Carolina, on behalf of South Carolina State University, is seeking a vendor to provide a new 1.2 m Ku‑Band mobile VSAT satellite antenna system, install it on a university mobile technology center (bus roof), deliver training to university staff, and provide five‑year system support. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder and requires a fixed‑price, unit‑price bid.
