Vision Insurance Administration Services for MPSERS

The Michigan Office of Retirement Services (ORS) is seeking a contractor to provide vision insurance administration services for the Michigan Public School Employees' Retirement System (MPSERS). The contractor will be responsible for administering the plan, processing claims, and providing customer service to members. The contract will start on January 1, 2027, and the implementation period will be from April 9, 2026, to January 1, 2027. The contractor must have experience in administering vision insurance plans and must be able to provide a broad national provider network. The contractor will be required to meet certain service level agreements (SLAs) and will be subject to penalties for failure to meet these SLAs.
