Description
Charles County Public Schools (CCPS) is seeking qualified contractors to provide on‑call snow removal and ice‑management services for its schools and facilities throughout a one‑year contract period, with up to four additional one‑year renewal options. The scope includes plowing parking lots, entry roadways, bus loops, and any other areas designated by CCPS, as well as spreading salt, hand shoveling, and providing all labor, equipment, supervision, fuel, insurance, and related costs on a fully‑burdened hourly basis. Bids must be sealed, submitted by December 2 2026 2:00 PM, and include detailed hourly rates for equipment and labor. CCPS will award based on lowest responsive and responsible bid, but may consider multiple awards, past performance, and minority‑business participation.
