Description
The Town of Ponce Inlet is seeking qualified firms to provide technical services during construction of a gravity sewer retrofit project. The scope includes project management, construction contract administration, on‑site observation, close‑out activities, and assistance with funding. The project comprises roughly 14,000 LF of 8‑inch gravity sewer, 2,800 LF of 12‑inch gravity sewer, 70 manholes, 1,900 LF of force main, and about 280 new sewer connections. This work will support the town’s infrastructure upgrade and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
• Technical services through all construction phases (management, admin, observation, close‑out).
• Extensive sewer line replacement: ~16,800 LF total gravity and force main, plus 70 manholes.
• Funding assistance and final project close‑out documentation.
