Description
The VA is seeking a Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business to rent and operate two large‐capacity temporary air‑cooled chillers (100‑ton and 400‑ton) for a one‑year period at the Charles George VA Medical Center in Asheville, NC. The contractor must supply the chillers, related hoses and accessories, perform installation, routine maintenance, and provide monthly performance reports while complying with VA security and environmental requirements.
• Provide continuous cooling for Building 15 and Building 47 for Dec 11 2026 – Dec 10 2027.
• Deliver, install, and operate two chillers (100 t & 400 t) plus hoses, camlock cables, and pig‑tails.
• Perform weekly inspections, monthly maintenance reports, and immediate remediation of any malfunction.
