Gwinnett County (Georgia) is seeking a qualified provider to deliver a full suite of occupational‑health services on an annual contract. The contractor will perform 24/7 drug and alcohol testing (including random selection), pre‑employment, fitness‑for‑duty, return‑to‑duty, and change‑of‑position medical examinations for county employees and job applicants. Services must comply with DOT regulations, use an HHS‑certified laboratory, and provide a licensed Medical Review Officer. The contract begins February 1 2027 for an initial twelve‑month term with up to four one‑year renewal options.
