The Regional Transportation District (RTD) is seeking a modern, cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution to support its core business functions. The solution should replace RTD's existing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) across finance, procurement, and inventory management, and also provide human resources business functions.
