Special Effects for Sporting Events

Texas A&M Athletics is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a full suite of special‑effects services—including CO₂/cryogenic jets, fog, confetti, pyrotechnics, and flame effects—for all home football games at Kyle Field and additional A&M athletic events (soccer, baseball, softball, track & field, basketball, etc.). The contractor must supply equipment, licensed technicians, pre‑event testing, on‑site execution, post‑event safety checks, insurance coverage of $10 million, and be able to produce electronic firing scripts and optional firework shows of varying lengths. The agreement will run for five years with annual pricing reviews, and the vendor must demonstrate at least ten years of experience with NCAA Division I FBS/FCS programs, maintain extensive insurance, and provide detailed technical and pricing proposals.
