Cannon AFB Wastewater Treatment Plant Operation and Maintenance

The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to operate and maintain the wastewater treatment plant at Cannon AFB in New Mexico. The contractor will be responsible for providing all management, tools, supplies, parts, equipment, certified personnel, and labor necessary to ensure that wastewater treatment plant services are performed and maintained in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The contract will be for a base year plus five option years, and the estimated magnitude is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The contractor will be required to implement a preventive maintenance inspection program, perform corrective maintenance repair and replacement, provide sampling and laboratory analysis, and dispose of sludge, grit, and grease. The contractor will also be responsible for maintaining documentation and records, and providing a safety and health plan.
