Workers' Compensation Claims Administration Services

The Multnomah County Department of Management, Risk Management Division, is seeking a vendor to provide Workers' Compensation Claims Administration Services. The contract has a term of 5 years with an option to renew for an additional 5 years. The vendor will be responsible for providing claims administration services, including setting up initial claims, establishing diaries and claim file notes, filing with applicable state agencies, and paying bills promptly and accurately. The vendor will also be required to provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, as well as ad hoc "Loss Analysis Reports" tailored to the County's specifications. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible proposer with the highest scoring proposal.
