019-004 - Manchester High School Graduation Regalia

This contract provides full‑service supply of graduation regalia for Manchester High School for the 2019‑2020 academic year. The vendor must furnish gowns, caps (hard‑ and soft‑sided, standard and one‑size), tassels, stoles, and related accessories, collect orders, conduct measurements in March and April, and deliver the items by graduation in June. The RFP requires five years of experience, local references, and submission of physical samples for each product. Pricing is submitted on a unit‑price basis and the contract may be extended for up to two additional one‑year periods. • Scope includes design‑specified gowns (water‑resistant, double‑layer yoke, 32‑strand tassels) and caps, plus optional stoles and cords. • Vendor must manage order collection, measurement visits, and on‑site distribution on graduation day. • Evaluation is based equally on experience, references, technical compatibility, price, and provision of samples.
