SHORT-TERM AND EMERGENCY STUDENT HOUSING SERVICES

This solicitation seeks providers to deliver short‑term (≤ 2 years) emergency student housing together with comprehensive wrap‑around support services for Los Angeles Community College District students. The District will establish a qualified pool of providers; each may receive a one‑year contract with up to four optional one‑year renewals, for a maximum of five years. Vendors must meet extensive qualifications, including experience serving homeless or housing‑insecure college students, provision of individual beds with Wi‑Fi, laundry, restroom/shower facilities, and a suite of counseling, tutoring, and employment‑assistance services.
