This contract provides Fairfax County Government and Fairfax County Public Schools with comprehensive wireless communications services, including unlimited voice, data, text, and tethering, as well as a suite of no‑cost smartphones and MiFi devices, a secure management portal, mobile device management tools, and full‑time support. The agreement runs for five years with five optional one‑year extensions, and the pricing is based on per‑line/device unit rates. • Unlimited wireless voice, data, text, and tethering for county‑wide employees and students. • No‑cost delivery of Apple iPhone 16, iPhone 16 PLUS, Samsung S25, Samsung S25 PLUS, and Sonim H500 MiFi devices, with free upgrades after 24 months. • Dedicated web‑portal, MDM/UE‑M tools, 24×7 support, and service‑level guarantees (24‑hour response for critical outages, service credits up to 100 % of the monthly charge).
