Description
This contract awards a three‑year, university‑wide video production services agreement to The Prep for Wayne State University’s Athletics Department. The vendor will provide full‑service live capture, replay, graphics, and post‑game highlight production for all home athletic events (football, men’s & women’s basketball, volleyball, baseball, softball, tennis, swim & dive). Minimum production standards include multiple cameras (3 for football/basketball, 1‑2 for other sports), push‑to‑talk/PA communication, integration with Daktronics scoreboards, audio delivery to the Warrior Network, and a 1‑hour turnaround for game highlights. Pricing must be submitted as lump‑sum per‑game rates and total season cost, include parking fees, insurance, and any price‑increase caps for years 2‑3. The agreement is a strategic source, non‑exclusive, with optional one‑year extensions.
