Description
Oregon State University is establishing an indefinite‑delivery, campus‑wide contract for the supply, delivery, and installation of furniture and office equipment at all OSU locations. The contract will be awarded to multiple qualified vendors who must be authorized dealers, hold the required Oregon CCB licenses, maintain a $30K public‑works bond, and provide a minimum one‑year installation warranty. Pricing is based on flat discount percentages off manufacturers’ list prices, with separate hourly rates for installation/design services (subject to BOLI prevailing‑wage rules). The award will be for a one‑year base term with up to three additional one‑year extensions.
