Athletic Event Management

This award provides comprehensive event‑management services for The Citadel’s Athletic Department. The vendor will be responsible for planning, staffing, and executing athletic events across all campus venues, supplying supervisors and attendants, managing ticketing, providing uniforms and radio communications, and ensuring compliance with safety and conduct standards. The contract is a one‑year base period with the option to extend up to four additional one‑year terms. • Supervision and staffing of all athletic events (e.g., 5 football home games, basketball games) with defined ratios of supervisors to attendants. • Mandatory insurance, radio licensing, and background compliance; billing is on an hourly basis (minimum 3‑hour call). • No overtime premiums; rates must be fixed for the contract term; the total contract ceiling is $500,000.
