The City of Central is seeking a consultant to develop a comprehensive Sewer System Master Plan. The plan should include plans to extend and upgrade sewer services, phase out private treatment plants and septic sewer systems, and identify potential funding sources for improvements. The consultant will also represent the City before agencies to defend improvements and promote changes in accordance with the master plan.
