This contract awards the supply of a comprehensive range of frozen, grocery, and snack food products to the Manchester Public Schools district for the 2026‑2027 school year. The vendor must deliver domestically‑produced, nutrition‑compliant items to 14 school sites, provide full product documentation, and meet “Buy‑American” and living‑wage requirements.
