Description
The contract is for rideshare services to be provided to students of Montana State University. The services will be available on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays during the academic year, from 5pm to 5am the following morning. The contractor must provide a smartphone-based application that allows riders to easily hail a ride and provides timely rides within a predefined geographic boundary. The contractor must also conduct background checks on all drivers, ensure that vehicles are properly insured, and provide customer/technical support to the University and riders as needed. The University will manage fund allocation and consistent payments to the selected provider.
