Specific & Aggregate Reinsurance for Medical & Pharmacy Programs

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals to enter into a contract with a qualified offeror to obtain the product and/or service described herein for Utah Valley University. The university is examining several alternatives of providing this product and/or construction and may decide, after reviewing proposals submitted, not to enter into any agreement. The contract is for Specific & Aggregate Reinsurance for Medical & Pharmacy Programs. • The RFP is an offer by the University to purchase, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFP, the products and/or services proposed by the successful offeror. • The contract was awarded to Commencement Bay Risk Management Insurance Company. • The evaluation committee recommended awarding the contract to Commencement Bay Risk Management based on their overall proposal, aggregate factors, and experience/performance.
