The City of Wilmington is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for eight municipal facilities, including the Operations Center complex and the WMPO office. Services are required twice weekly at each site, covering daily cleaning, disinfecting, waste removal, floor care, restroom sanitation, and periodic deep‑clean tasks (high‑dust, blinds, high‑glass, vent cleaning). The contractor must supply all cleaning equipment and green‑approved chemicals, while the City provides paper products and liners. All work must be performed after 5 PM on weekdays, and staff must pass background checks, wear uniforms, and be overseen by an on‑site supervisor.
