CDO off CMA PTR 22-2 to pay invoice for future services

This contract is a centralized delivery order for professional services related to the State Safety Oversight Program. The vendor, Transportation Resource Associates, Inc., will provide technical guidance, review system safety programs, and conduct accident investigations, among other services. The contract has a total order amount of $300,000.00 and is effective from October 1, 2025, to April 30, 2026. The scope of work includes providing technical expertise and programmatic support regarding accident/incident investigations, developing and maintaining an annual calendar, and preparing briefing materials. • Provide technical guidance for WVU/PRT System Safety Plan/Agency Safety Plan • Review System Safety Program Standard (SSPS) for WVDPT-Annually • Review System Safety Program Plan (SSPP)/Agency Safety Plan for WVU/PRT-Annually • Monitor/Review Accident Investigations conducted by WVU PRT • Participate as NTSB subgroup or Technical Advisor in the event of NTSB Investigation • Prepare Interim and Final Accident Investigation Reports • Inspect PRT facilities and systems during construction and/or installation • Observe safety-related testing during start-up of new extensions, facilities, and new equipment • Analyze PRT technical documents for compliance with standards for potential hazards • Sample and inspect select PRT system components to verify proper maintenance • Review records of all kinds during all phases from system design and construction through operations and maintenance • Perform Triennial On-Site Safety and Security Review of PRT • Assist WVDPT in responding to any FTA audits of the WVU PRT
