GCC-009: Programming Architect Services

This contract awards programming architect services to develop detailed Owner Project Requirements, space programs, high‑level cost models, and schedule guidance for three capital‑project programs (Sound Stage Studio, Allied Health Physical & Occupational Therapy Building, and Garfield Campus Improvements) for Glendale Community College District.
