Description
The State of South Carolina Department of Administration (DTO) is seeking an ASCO‑authorized vendor to provide comprehensive maintenance, repair, and parts services for ASCO‑branded automatic transfer switches, power control systems, and related equipment located in Columbia, SC. The contract is a fixed‑price, “lowest responsible and responsive bidder” solicitation covering preventive maintenance, 24 × 7 × 365 emergency repairs, and supply of genuine ASCO parts (excluding two specific ATS units). The award will be a one‑year initial term with possible extensions only via formal award notice.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on listed ASCO equipment per manufacturer recommendations.
• Provide 24/7 emergency response with a maximum 4‑hour dispatch window and complete repairs using certified technicians.
• Supply new, genuine ASCO parts for all repairs except the two excluded ATS units, and maintain manufacturer warranties.
• Comply with state site‑access, safety, insurance, and data‑ownership requirements; submit detailed documentation and signed cover pages via the online portal.
