The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive janitorial and floor‑care services for its headquarters building in Columbia. The work includes daily cleaning, periodic deep‑cleaning, floor‑care (strip, seal, wax, burnish), supply management, and a documented quality‑control program, all performed primarily during overnight hours (6 pm‑6 am).
