The State of Alabama’s Mycotics and Mycobacteriology Division of the Bureau of Clinical Laboratories is seeking a sole‑source service agreement with Cepheid for the maintenance and support of multiple GeneXpert instruments. The agreement will provide 24/7 phone support, onsite service hours, annual preventive maintenance, parts, labor, travel, and software upgrades with a 98% uptime guarantee.
